Shredded Tires

We also supply Rubber chips derived from the preliminary cutting of tires still containing the fraction of Steel and Fiber. This material is generally adopted for the energy recovery in incinerators and concrete industries, or use as TDF in various industries.

With a good calorific value equivalent to approximately 7,000 Kcal/Kg it is usable in a lot of industrial boilers and kilns.

The average size we generally provide is the following:

  • 250mm x 250mm
  • 100mm x 100mm

The material is packed loose in 40’HC container
The average chemical composition of our rubber chips are the following:

mg/Kg

Element Value Mesure Unit
pH 7,9
Lower Heating Value 36.200 KJ/Kg
Mineral Oil 46.600 mg/Kg
Total cynade n.d. mg/Kg
